You can earn by referring users, helping them activate their accounts, and driving paid or business subscriptions. Each verified action contributes to your personal growth score, which determines how many Growth Units you receive from the 2 percent company pool.
Every verified referral counts as one point toward your total. When the users you refer complete onboarding or join our Discord, you receive additional points. If any of your referrals become paid users or verified organizations, those contributions are weighted more heavily because they directly help LaunchpadAI scale revenue. All points are automatically tracked and verified through our referral and onboarding system.
This system ensures fairness and rewards people who contribute genuine growth, not just email signups. Only verified users and legitimate business signups will qualify. Once your total point balance is confirmed and the program audit is complete, your Growth Units are calculated and credited to your account.

Bonuses are designed to reward effort, collaboration, and leadership within the LaunchpadAI community. All bonuses are verified and approved during quarterly audits, and participants must remain in good standing to retain eligibility.
Qualification Requirements
Only qualified, verified users and referrals count toward Growth Unit rewards. This ensures that ownership is earned through legitimate, value-creating participation.
To qualify, a participant must have a unique verified email address, a completed profile including name and company or city, and an active LaunchpadAI account. Joining the official Discord community and maintaining an active role strengthens verification and adds credibility to your referrals. Beta testers and early paid users are also considered high-quality referrals and receive additional weighting.
The following do not qualify: fake or automated signups, temporary or duplicate emails, multiple submissions from a single device or IP address, or any traffic generated from paid-to-click or reward-based campaigns. Accounts that do not complete verification within seven days, or users who leave the Discord or delete their account before review, will not be counted toward any milestones.
LaunchpadAI reserves the right to review and disqualify any participant whose activity does not meet these standards. The program prioritizes authentic community growth and fair participation for everyone involved.

Rule 4 — Earning & Distribution of Growth Units (Explained)
Participants earn Growth Units based on the total verified growth value they contribute to LaunchpadAI. Growth Units represent performance-based rewards tied to a fixed two percent (2%) company pool. This pool is shared collectively among all qualified participants according to their verified contribution.
Each participant’s total points are determined by their actions, such as verified referrals, activations, and paid conversions. These points determine the individual’s share of the overall 2% Growth Pool. The program uses a pro-rata formula to calculate each contributor’s final percentage of ownership, ensuring the total pool is never exceeded.
Formula:
Participant’s Final Share = (Participant’s Verified Points ÷ Total Verified Points from All Participants) × 2%
This means that even if multiple users achieve high performance levels, the total combined distribution will remain capped at 2%. Each person’s final share adjusts proportionally based on total verified points across the entire program.
Example:
If the entire community collectively earns 10,000 verified points and you personally earn 1,000 points, your Growth Unit allocation equals:
1,000 ÷ 10,000 × 2% = 0.20% of LaunchpadAI
If another participant also earns 1,000 points, both of you receive the same 0.20%, sharing the pool fairly. The more participants there are, the smaller each individual share becomes, but the total company allocation will always remain within the 2% cap.
